Hmm, I see what Azariel's saying. The same holds true for Magic Finale. It's kind of rare, but mobs can resist it. Mobs just don't want to let go of their buffs...

well Ive had a few mobs resist my dispelling as a blue. Blank Gaze works the best for me due to it targeting only one mob where as Geist Wall is AoE. Only difficulty is makign sure u make your in the direct line of vision with the mob. Ive never had a mob resist Blank Gaze unless he wasnt looking at me.
